The aims of Journal of Urban Science Education (JUSE) are to:

1. Serve as a platform for publishing high-quality research that integrates multiple academic disciplines.

2. Encourage cross-disciplinary academic collaboration to generate new insights relevant to global challenges.

3. Provide a forum for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to share findings that can be applied in organizational, societal, and public policy contexts.

4. Strengthen the international presence of Indonesian multidisciplinary research through open and widely accessible publications.

5. Bridge theory and practice so that published research has a tangible impact on the advancement of knowledge and practical solutions.

The scope of JMI welcomes articles from various fields of study, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary integration and relevance, including but not limited to:

• Social Sciences and Humanities: cultural studies, communication, psychology, sociology, philosophy, and education.

• Management and Organizations: organizational behavior, human resources, leadership, innovation, and public governance.

• Public Policy and Governance: bureaucratic reform, public services, public health, and sustainable development.

• Technology and Digitalization: digital transformation, information systems, artificial intelligence, and their impacts on society and organizations.

• Applied Sciences and Environment: research related to energy, environment, sustainability, and technical solutions to global problems.

• Interdisciplinary Studies: articles that connect two or more disciplines to generate new perspectives.
